Call QuickBooks Support to set Advanced Company Settings in QuickBooks

If we want our QuickBooks to work in the way we want. So Advanced Company Settings is for that where our company file is set up.

Now how do we set this Advanced Company Setting?

i. Go to the Toolbar

ii. Click on the Gear Icon

iii. Scroll down to Settings. You may find Company settings or Account and Settings.

iv. Scroll down to look for Advanced option.

v. There will be multiple sections which you can choose and modify as per your requirement.

Here are some characteristic preferences for Advanced company settings which you may chose accordingly:

You will be prompted to set preferences for the first time used features which you can choose as desired.

There can be prompt for incorrect date and time.

Prompt about your successful login and logout to QuickBooks online.

Disabling inactive account and enabling active ones.

Warning about wrong or multiple transaction details or account details.

Making sure that the defaults are set correctly and all the fields are set with the data that are needed as per the requirement.

There are certain preferences for accounting as well in which you may set up the fiscal year and set the closing date. You may even specify the accounting method.

You may change the language setting.

You may choose the type of form used by your company and even edit the form for their location and class.

You will even have option to pre–fill certain sections of the form.

You may also pre-update the payment information on our account.

You may keep a track of all your sales and expenses even.
