 Full Program: The user can install the full version of QuickBooks Desktop and Database Server Manager on the server computer.

 Server Only: The user can only install the Database Server Manager on your server computer.

Method 1: Install And Download the QuickBooks Tools Hub on the user’s server

Common errors can be fixed by QuickBooks Tool Hub. Always use Tool Hub on Windows 10 ,64-bit

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Install version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file on your Windows Desktop.

Method 2: QuickBooks Database Server Manager can be run on the user’s server with the help of Tool Hub .

QuickBooks company files are stored on the user’s server. The user’s PC’s are connected to the network that are user’s workstations.

  1. In the QuickBooks Tools Hub, choose Network Issues.
  2. Click on QuickBooks Database Server Manager. .
  3. In the QuickBooks Database Server Manager, choose to Start Scan, when the user is not able to find the company files folder.

Step1: Check the services on the user server

Step2: In Windows admin group on your server add services.

Step3:Firewall settings can be configured on the user’s server

Step 5: Windows hosts file should add the user server
