Navigate to the Merchant Service Center to see when a deposit was made. Users can also check their deposits for a previous month.
- First of all, navigate in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Next, click & select the Activity & Reports tab and then select All Statements.
- Then search your most recent statement and then select View.
- Now, type the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
- After that, view the Date in the Activity Summary. This is the date the deposit was made.
Step 2: You may check the status of deposits and specific customer payments.
Each day, QuickBooks Payments combines all of your customer payments (both sales receipts and paid invoices) for the day into a single record. This record is called a deposit. Sometimes we call this a batch of payments.
If you process payments in QuickBooks Online, you can check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online. For all other products, go to the Merchant Service Center.
For QuickBooks Online.
- First, log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Next, navigate to the Sales menu and then select the Deposits tab.
- Click & select the bank deposit you want to review.
User will see each payment that’s part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.
Check for payment issues.
If there’s an issue with a payment, it won’t show up in a daily deposit. You should receive an email from Intuit if there’s ever an issue. Check your email settings if you don’t see any messages from us.
For QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and GoPayments
Users will find that merchant service center keeps a complete record of their payment activity from all of their QuickBooks products. They can also check the status of all their processed payments here. It also includes payments processed in QuickBooks Online.
- First of all, log in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Next, click & select Activities & Reports from the homepage and then select Deposits.
- Now, select the date range in the Dates field.
- After that, click & select Search.
This lists all your daily deposits, when we put them in your bank account, and the totals. To see the individual payments that are part of a deposit, select the arrow ▼ in the Fee column.
To see your monthly statement:
- Navigate to the homepage.
- Click & select the Activity & Reports tab and then select All Statements.
- After that, find the month that you want to see and then select View. Or select Download to get a PDF for your records.
Check for payment issues
You will see the successful deposits have been funded in the Status column.
If there’s an issue with a deposit, you’ll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Select the arrow ▼ in the Fee column to review details. You’ll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue.
Step 3: You may reach out to your bank.
In case, if user have checked the payment status and deposited the payments, its means your money is on its way.
Always keep in mind, some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. At this point, user will need to work with their bank if they require additional steps.
