  • You can delete any paychecks that are older than two business days (and are dated before 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time).
  • To remove a check, check the box next to it and then click the delete button above it.
  • Click the delete button above the paychecks and check the box next to each check to be deleted.

The new bank account number needs to be  entered.

  • To begin, go to the Gear symbol and then select Payroll Settings.
  • After that, Select Edit Account from the Bank Accounts segment, which is next to the Business.
  • If the bank account has been changed, you can recreate any Paychecks that were erased during the process using the same data.
  • Update your bank statement in the accounting preferences after you’ve made the required adjustments.
  • This ensures that the paychecks generated by the new bank account are properly registered in the required check register.
