    • You must add the word “.old” after every file extension.

Example: nameofcompany_file.qbw.nd.OLD

Solution 3: Utilize a UNC path rather than mapped drive

  • Double click on the QuickBooks icon of QuickBooks Desktop continue pressing the Ctrlkey on your keyboard, and choose Run as Administrator.
