Solution 1. You can delete duplicate items

It is better to delete duplicated item if there are no transactions associated on them.

1. First, navigate to Item List from the Inventory menu.
2. You can highlight the duplicate item.
3. Click the I Want to… drop-down, then choose Delete.
4. After that, click Delete on the confirmation dialog box page.

Solution 2. You can merge the duplicate items

This is applicable if there are transactions associated with the items.

1. First, navigate to Item List from the Inventory menu.
2. Next, you can locate and highlight the duplicate items.
3. Click & select the I Want to… drop-down, then choose Merge Items.
4. You can also keep the original item, then select the duplicate under Remove this duplicate item.
   Note: In case, if there are transactions under two items, they will all become under the item that will be kept.
5. After that, click & select Merge Items.
