You can update these programs to allow the following exceptions in QuickBooks Desktop.

  3. You can install a digital signature certificate in QuickBooks Desktop
    1. Click & close QuickBooks Desktop machine. (In case, if QuickBooks is open, you will not see the Digital Signature tab.)
    1. We will suggest you to do a Windows Search for QBW32.exe, which is located in C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks.
    1. Now, click on the right of the QBW32.exe, and select Properties.
    1. You need to click the Digital Signature tab, and ensure Intuit, Inc. is selected in the signature list.

    1. Now, In the Digital Signature Details window, click View Certificate.
