  4. Then click & select Close.

Solution 3: Users can change the internet connection settings in QuickBooks Desktop.

Steps for QuickBooks Online :

  1. First, unzip Internet Explorer.
  2. Next, users need to select the Gear icon from the top right of the browser window.
