\u2022 Adobe Flash was recently installed to your device<\/p>\n

\u2022 Error 1904 message mentions QBversionTool.dll<\/p>\n

Step 1: Run the QuickBooks setup icon on your device<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Change the settings of your Windows account.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Type \u2018CMD\u2019 in your search bar. When the CMD run icon is visible right click on it and from the available option select Run as administrator.<\/p>\n

3. Type \u201cnet user administrator \/active:yes\u201d in the command window and then press Enter. When the command is completed close the command window.<\/p>\n

4. Again open the Windows start menu and click on sign out.<\/p>\n

5. Now sign in using the account which sayas Administrator. You won\u2019t need a password to login.<\/p>\n

Change the user permissions on your device<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Open Windows start menu.<\/p>\n

2. Type \u201cFile Explorer\u201d in the search bar and open File Explorer.<\/p>\n

3. Look for C:\\Program Files\\Common Files.<\/p>\n

4. Right-click the Common Files folder, and then select Properties from the available options.<\/p>\n

5. Move to the Security tab, and then select Edit.<\/p>\n

6. In the section of \u201cGroup or user names\u201d, select Users.<\/p>\n

7. In the section of\u201cPermissions for Users\u201d , the following permissions are to be turned on: Modify, Read & execute, List folder contents, Read, Write.<\/p>\n

8. Select Apply and then Ok.<\/p>\n

After following the above steps QuickBooks is to be reinstalled and then complete the procedure by signing out.<\/p>\n
