If status is showing submission of form, you can now discard form and submit a new form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>To verify the status of the form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Taxes &amp; Forms<\/strong>\u00a0tab option.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the exact category of your form.<\/li>\n<li>Select the form that you want to verify.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If<\/strong> <strong>Form Status is <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Submitted:<\/strong>\u00a0If you have already clicked on &#8220;Submit&#8221; and we have the form. The form will be transmitted when the reporting period finishes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Progressive:<\/strong>\u00a0Your forms are now transmitted to the exact Federal or State Agency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed:<\/strong>\u00a0Your form has been productively filed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0How to Delete and create a new form?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>First step is to Delete the form\n<ul>\n<li>Select the\u00a0Taxes &amp; Forms\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n<li>Choose\u00a0View Archived Forms.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the correct form and select\u00a0Delete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Make the essential changes<\/li>\n<li>Generate and submit a new form.\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the\u00a0To Do\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0To file your form.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and submit form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to Print tax and payroll Forms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you have not e mailed your form, you can create the changes, then generate and print a new form. You can record the new form along with the previous form.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Do \u00a0the needful changes (Wages, Taxes or Personal Information)<\/li>\n<li>Generate and submit a new form.\n<ul>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Taxes &amp; Forms<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/li>\n<li>Choose Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms.<\/li>\n<li>Select the exact form and click on the duration of tax.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>View<\/strong>\u00a0and do the needful<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the details on the tax form.<\/li>\n<li>Double-click on the Tax Form window and choose\u00a0<strong>Print Mac Users:<\/strong>\u00a0Hold\u00a0<strong>CTRL<\/strong>+<strong>P<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Close to exit from the tax form window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Come back to the page of the tax form and choose\u00a0<strong>Archive<\/strong>\u00a0to save the copy of the form.<\/li>\n<li>Sign and send the printed tax form.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0You can now search the address to send the tax form on the instructions page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We really hope that this post has managed to solve all you queries regarding tax and payroll forms.
