How do you set up a new scheduled report?

Before scheduling the report, you must ensure the account set up for email.

  • In the QuickBooks Reports menu, click on Scheduled Reports
  • Choose Scheduled Setup
  • Choose the report you are thinking to send
  • You can also select multiple reports to send or schedule
  • Click on Next
  • Assign a name to your schedule
  • Set the frequency of schedule
  • Choose a starting date and time
  • Click on Next
  • Compose a new schedule report
  • Type a new email address to which you want to send the report to
  • Choose Schedule to complete the process
  • Verify the options whether they are marked correctly
    • Click on Edit menu, choose Preferences
    • In the left menu, choose integrated apps
    • Then Click on Prefrences tab
    • Click on Properties and then select Scheduled Reports
    • Click on OK

How will you delete the existing report?

  • In the QuickBooks Reports menu, click on scheduled reports then select Scheduled Center
  • Choose action drop down menu, choose either of these Edit Schedule to do the modification or delete to delete the schedule
  • Remove the option of Active in QuickBooks Scheduled feature.
